Do you take appointments?
As of Summer 2014, we do accept appointments. We pride ourselves on quick, professional service, so if you walk in without an appointment, the wait is minimal.  We have coffee, HDTV and recent magazines to help pass the time.  We encourage you to call ahead and have your name placed in line to keep any wait to a minimum!

May I request a stylist?
Absolutely.  Just let us know when you arrive at the salon who you would like to complete your service.

Do I tip my stylist?
Tipping is entirely at your discretion, but we highly recommend tipping your stylist if you have had a satisfying visit. 

Are you a full-service salon? 
Yes, we do cuts, color, textures and waxing for women, men, and children. 

How do I keep my color from fading?
Do not wash your hair for 24-48 hours after your color service, use Fantastic Sams color care shampoo and conditioner, avoid hot water when washing, use Fantastic Sams UV-safe shaping, styling and finishing products to protect your hair from the sun.
